At Jillian Isabel Atelier, we take pride in crafting each piece with care and attention to detail. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit or exchange for eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, please contact us with your order details. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
